Progesterone during first trimester: We're gearing up for the FET in early January, but I just found out from my clinic that if pregnant, all patients are required to have both progesterone shots (PIO) and progesterone vaginal inserts for 10+ weeks. I know it's to prevent a miscarriage so I'll undoubtedly do it, but I've read negative experiences about both.
