Sep 30, 2009 · does this still work for Windows Server 2008 R2 ? I guess one has to gather the files from Windows 7 but how about the files in the bda folder ? Update: Ok, I tried this on W2K8 R2. It still works. I got the files from Windows7 of course, instead of Vista.

Oct 02, 2008 · The problem is, NOT all tv card work under server 2008, (even with this BDA setup pack) and i guess thats the case with you as well. Mine is working fine, i can watch HD tv chanells. The problem is not hardware related, but generic BDA framework.

Hello Folks, for a project i needed to use a DVB (TV Card) device together with Windows Server 2012 R2. One big issue here is that Server 2008/2012 (R2) do not support BDA devices out of the Box, so you can install the TV Card drivers, Direct X, and Codecs but you can never use this device thru the lack of the BDA support at all.
