I do not believe they are trying to push people off to the Telstra TV - the T-Box is still being fully supported. I have just now logged into my My Telstra account and accessed my T-Box settings. All working as normal. I'd say you deffinately have a log-in issue which Telstra can help you with directly, and CrowdSupport can only offer moral support
