Mar 15, 2007 · Don't expect too much help from Bigpond Wireless Broadband technical support. They are swamped by customer support requests. Expect to wait at least an hour or more before you talk to a tech support person. The idea is you give up before someone has to talk to you. If you speak to techie tell him or her that your using Vista up front.
