Jul 18, 2012 · She and her husband have the same phone so she went through and looked at his settings (I am able to receive MMS from him) and there was one setting different. It was either a title or subject line setting that she had checked and he didn't. She unchecked it on her phone. Now I receive pics no problem! AT&T Tech support was no help.
