So, if one has to use ReST with BizTalk Server, the adapter to be used should be able to: Exchange non-SOAP messages. Support GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE methods. If we look at the adapters available with BizTalk Server 2010, only the HTTP adapter satisfies the first criteria but it does not support GET (it does support the POST method).

Jul 26, 2016 · Hi All, Need to know that,is there any way to expose biztalk 2010 schema as a rest service and work with JSON message??. I am not able to find the solution for exposing schema as rest service however i found a way to consume rest service in Biztalk 2010 by creating the custom behavior.I am already aware of that biztalk 2010 native adapter does not support the rest service.

In the past people used variety of custom techniques to consume REST services. If you are on older versions of BizTalk (prior to 2010 R2) you have couple of custom options.
