Thanks for your guidance. I will try your solution, but I must tell you that it worked. It can't boot from CD/DVD. There is not "Internal CD/DVD ROM Drive" option in Boot Manager. My sister's laptop is the same with my mother's laptop, but it has this problem, too. They bought them on the same time.
