Jun 30, 2007 · I have used CSS but find I have to do so much work fixing for the different browsers that I gave up and used frames to help me design my web pages. This mostly works for IE, Safari and Firefox but am recently having an issue with Firefox. In IE and Safari, my frames show up great with a width and height of 100%, filling the whole window or table.

When I do that it takes me to diagnose problem page like I've been kicked off line but I've not been. Everyone else's computer will let me in but mine.
