Feb 15, 2012 · What are my options? I've contacted BT about having a second phone line installed but they have quoted me £130.00 call out fee plus a £15.00 line rental on top of my existing line rental which is not an option. Is it possible to get BT to fit a second socket in my living room which feeds off the current landline? Can anyone help??

Re: uk support tele number ? I don't think there is a direct number,,,, There is a FTTC Infinity office in the UK but I think is a second line support type desk which won't take direct calls from customers.
