May 20, 2012 · Dave, you go too easy on BTSA. BTSA , in my opinion, is not just a waste of time and taxpayer money, but very possibly HARMFUL to new teachers. I’ve been teaching for 25 years, and was recently a BTSA Support Provider. New teachers need and respond to mentors, which is the only positive aspect of BTSA.
