BTW, the unrighteous fire degeneration buff from the burning miscreations behaves in a very odd way - quite different to righteous fire. Examples: Minion Damage support gems will enhance its damage - minion damage nodes in the passive tree won't. Minion life from anywhere (items, support gem, passive tree) will also enhace its damage.

Your main problem will be finding monsters that use this skill. Aside from Burning Miscreation in Act 3, I don't know what other ones will. They wouldn't be able to stand up in Part 2, since Raise Spectre raises the creature at the creature's level if it's lower then the max allowed by the gem.
