Aug 27, 2016 · I have uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new drivers numerous times for the MX310. Everything works with the exception of the scanner. It worked just fine with windows XP. I spent over an hour with Canon support, and they were not able to help. They told me to contact Microsoft.
