Nov 18, 2014 · Lexmark Printer and "enable bidirectional support" button My Lexmark 7350 works just fine EXCEPT: After a complete software re-install the "enable bidirectional support" button in "printer properties-> ports" fails to hold. I click it on, hit "apply" and "OK" and close the window.

In Printer Properties dialog box, select the Ports tab. Confirm that the Enable bidirectional support box is checked for the selected driver. If Enable bidirectional support box is not checked, select the box. Select Apply, then select OK to close the Printer Properties window.

Mar 28, 2011 · I get the message "Please turn on "Enable Bidirectioal Communications" setting in the printer properties dialog.", and of course this is greyed out on the second computer, it is check the the first computer (no issues printing on the first computer), only get the message on the second computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
