A new Cheshire East Carers Hub has been launched which will support carers of all ages living in Cheshire East. The hub has been commissioned by Cheshire East Council in partnership with the NHS, and is being delivered by n-compass Northwest, in partnership with Child Action North West, The Alzheimer’s Society and other local organisations.
