Oct 30, 2019 · Effective July 1, 2017 Illinois enacted a new method of calculating child support payments known as the Income-Shares model. The Income-Shares model is to be used to reach any determination regarding support made after July 1, 2017. More information on the Income-Shares model will be updated shortly.
