Nov 01, 2018 · Non custodial dad is taking custodial (me) to court to determine how much the parents each have to pay for college expenses. Strange bc I never expected him to pay anything. I think he wants his child support to be decreased bc he is paying for college however I am starting to think it will actually increase if the courts enforce it.
