    Oct 09, 2008 · I can read Chinese characters fine on websites. It just that when I play Chinese songs in iTunes, the characters come up as blocks. Any help? FYI: -using a PC -The songs are just ones I download (they didn't come from any weird source) -I have no input method of typing Chinese (I just copy and paste characters from websites)

    In Windows Explorer, the characters would SOMETIMES show correctly and sometimes they would be blocks. Whenever I use iTunes, they're always in blocks and in other programs (ex. synctoy 2.1 and google chrome). I've already installed the Chinese (Trad. and Simplified) and Japanese language packs but the file names still show up in blocks.
