No as the Xbox 360 isn't Compatible with DirectX 10 or 11, only 9.0c. To make the Xbox 360 compatible with newer APIs Microsoft would have to re-release the Xbox 360 with a newer model Graphics Card and an updated OS which would be extremely Expensive and cost prohibitive.

Since the OS in an Xbox is directly related to Windows Vista, which is the only retail system that can run DirectX 10 (No guys, Windows 7 isn't retail), does the Xbox 360 use DirectX 10 or a similar software?
