Oct 19, 2017 · Same issue except my setup is slightly different. After updating to 4.0, I'm not getting any audio from the Switch while docked on my Vizio Surround Soundbar (via a 4 input HDMI Switcher instead of an A/V Receiver in the OP's case). However, like the OP, if I turn my tv speakers on, I can still get (admittedly very low quality) audio from them.
