Jun 25, 2014 · USF do have some kind of heavy armor, its M4A3E8 "easy eight" something like ~215 front armor and 190 pen else you could use M4 bulldozer with ~900 HP no... the Easy 8 only had 64mm of frontal armor. it was FAR from heavy. the M26 Pershing is more the "heavy" tank for the US, and it's still lighter than the Panther. He isnt stupid enough to think that.

Though generally my go to tank is the T-34/85. So my heavy armour engagements are generally against enemy heavy armour. The application of two T-34/85s with Guard/Conscript/AT support is something to be feared. Conscripts/Guards effectively immobilize the vehicle, and the T-34/85s take up flanking positions.

The KV-1 is an old tank, but this old tank cost 420mp and 145fuel. It have a really bad gun (like the T-34/76), but is slowly, bigger, don't have a good armor and a not-so-good-but-closer-to-bad health pool.Maybe it would be a cool idea to have a tank with a good armor with a bad gun.

Almost perfect tank although it is merely a "Medium" vehicle. IT has a very good front armor plate, good range and high damage. It is capable of destroying most anti-tank weapons. Its down side is weak back armor plate and weak capabilities against infantry. This can be partially alleviated by buying the MG 42 for 30Mu.

1) Check vet3 bonus. 2) Because armor is a mechanic in this game. 3) Puppchen isn't exactly the first choice against IS-2. 4) ATGs are general purpose AT, if you want to kill heavy tanks, supplement them with tank destroyers.

In COH 2 medium vs heavy tanks, the mediums often get better than 50% chance to penetrate rear armor. The fact that heavies usually have a huge HP pool means that in most cases it will take no less than 7 or 8 hits vs a heavy (standard AP …

Heavy Cavalry Company is complete BS, for several reasons: 1) There is nothing "cavalry" about this company. WW2 US Armored Cavalry was mostly light tanks and scout infantry on M3 halftracks. This company, however, is an assault infantry company, with heavy armor support. It would at least need a halftrack to be "cavalry".

They had AT guns (although light ones), naval artillery guns, light as well as medium tanks. No heavy tank, but hey, that sounds like USF to me. Base the faction on being strong at surprise attacks, utilizing cover and camouflage, and give them excellent off-map artillery air strikes and naval strikes to help them deal with the heaviest Soviet armor.
