Apr 04, 2016 · We get 10 hours pay for each week we are on call. Anytime we get a call and remote in then it is 1.5x hourly pay, if you have to physically go in then its 2 hours automatically OT and however much time it took to get the job done, so if it took you 5 hours that 7 hours of OT. We go in 15 minute increments so if it took 48 min you get an hours pay.
