Crystal Reports XI R2 (11.5) was supported until June 2012. Crystal Reports XI (11.0) was supported up to June 2011 (I believe). E.g.; both are now out of support. See the Product End of Life Dates: Current Products doc for more details.

It is scheduled to reach End of Priority-One Support on December 31, 2017. This is the date that interactive technical support will end. As for the maintenance schedule of XI 4.X, the mainstream maintenance is till the end of H1, 2018 and the Priority One Support will be ended on the H1 of 2020.
