Aug 11, 2010 · Are there any other downsides/show stoppers with using DD-WRT since the FW is still a work in progress? My main concern is having the router handle *lots* of concurrent connections (i BT a lot) and using QoS so that the BT's don't slow down any remote connections I need. Anyone use their WRT400n like this and is happy with DD-WRT? thanks,

When you can access the dd-wrt webgui using a browser at 192.168.1.1, power cycle the router. When you can again access the dd-wrt webgui using a browser at 192.168.1.1, do another Hard reset or 30/30/30 on the router. Go to administration and firmware upgrade Navigate to the folder that you are using, and select the wrt400n-firmware.bin file

Apr 13, 2011 · The linksys to dd-wrt is for the initial flash only to dd-wrt from stock linksys firmware, it has a fully functional dd-wrt in it for whatever build you are using it to flash to, the wrt400firmware one is for upgrading to newer dd-wrt builds from within the dd-wrt webgui. hope that helps.

Oct 17, 2016 · I got tired of constant issues I have been having with my WRT400n lately and decided to try my first dd-WRT install. So far it is going very well (no issues with either radio.) I did run into a few quirks that I will list out here in hopes it helps someone else.
