Sep 30, 2011 · I have a Dell PowerEdge 2850 with 12GB RAM and dual processors hyperthread with 350GB of diskspace. This box was originally installed with Redhat Linux ES 5.4 64bits and CentOS 5.5 64bits OS without any issues so I know the processor supports 64-bits. I then installed VMWare ESXi version 4.1 on the Dell Poweredge 2850 without any issues.
