Oct 12, 2015 · I looked through the BIOS, checked DEVICE MANAGER > USB, POWER OPTIONS and more but could not find a resolution. I called Dell support and was wrongly told that the problem is my connection. Specifically, only USB3 ports would charge devices when the computer is in SLEEP. This is wrong.

I was on the phone for 3 hours this morning with Dell tech support trying to get my brand new Inspiron N5110 to wake up from sleep mode with the touchpad, USB keypad or the USB mouse. I tried to change configuration in Device Manager, trying to change USB in BIOS, nothing help so far. It's really annoying. Any one has solution ?
