Do you have an additional BIOS options for something like VT-d, or VIrtualization Technology for Direct I/O? Are you sure you don’t have even a few components of Hyper-V installed, i.e. have you checked the “Add/remove Windows features” list?

Jul 29, 2011 · VT stands for Virtualization Technology, which is an option in your CPU processor settings in BIOS, that needs to be enabled. Ideally you would expect that when you install ESXi, it would check the “VT” option in bios and warn you that it is not enabled. But, ESXi installer doesn’t warn you about it.

Hi all, I have a Dell Latitude E7440 with win 10 and it seems I'm not able to enable the vt-X option requested by virtual box. I checked the bios and all virtualization options are enabled. with an intel tools it seems the processor doesn't support the virtualization, which sounds strange, infact people from intel confirmed that the processor does support it.
