Oct 27, 2009 · Hi Hussein, Thanks for your reply. Our database 9.2.0.8 is not in extended support. So without extended support can we upgrade to Oracle Discoverer 10.1.2 from existing Discoverer 4i with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i (11.5.10.2) with 9.2.0.8 database ?

Extended Support for Discoverer 10g ended in December 2011. All Discoverer 10g users should upgrade to 11g immediately, regardless of whether you're running EBS 11i, 12.0, or 12.1. It is safe to assume that future releases like EBS 12.2 will only be certified with Discoverer 11g. Regards, Steven

Discoverer 4i was out of Premier Support in October 2006. Only Discoverer 10g was in Premier Support when Discoverer 11g was released, so I believe that there is no direct upgrade path from 4i to 11g. I haven't checked the Discoverer 11g documentation, though; this is merely my assumption.
