Nov 20, 2019 · The data is definitely there in the DMailer desktop, but attempts at using the "Restore" function are not working. The tech support folks at DMailer tell me that this is a "bug", and the only workaround is to print each contact out and then use OCR to scan the data . …

Oct 15, 2015 · Dmailer Sync is a 3rd party application that used to be bundled with first and second generation WD Passports. It is distributed and updated by a company named Dmailer. If they are unable to provide you with re-activation instructions, then I’d recommend using a different backup or synchronization utility with your WD Passport.
