May 28, 2014 · I've only ever had Apple Lossless files on my iPod until recently. I use it only when flying, with Bose QC15 nose-cancelling headphones from the headphone socket. I had the same collection of albums on the iPod for a number of years, being to lazy to add any more.

Sep 22, 2009 · I have a 3rd Generation iPod Nano....I used Apple's Lossless format for the Eminem CD that came out in May and I had issues. Some songs on the album are linked to each other (ex. the tracks flow into eachother seamlessly.) BUT on the LossLess format tracks would pause for one second before moving onto the next track.
