Yeah, Crysis even Auto-Maps everything to the 360 controller, and has full rumble support. Heck, it even has that little "picture" of the controller in the controls menu to show you exactly what it is.

While I don't exactly see why anyone would want to play an FPS game with a controller, I can tell you that the first Crysis has native support for the X360 controller, so I assume Warhead does as well.
