Aug 18, 2019 · Yes, the full paid Powerdirector Ultra 64 edits AVCHD .MTS files. And you can add titles or subtitle. What you want text that shows in the whole video is a 'Title' in Powerdirector terminology. The Ultra version is the full 64 Bit version, Deluxe is less than full and it is a 32 Bit program. Deluxe does not burn Blu-Ray Disks.
