The routers may well already support simple IPv6 with auto-configuration and you wouldn't notice this until the ISP gives your router an IPv6 address on the WAN interface. For a follow-up story, Cisco stated that "Linksys routers being launched this spring will have IPv6 support" and that the "Linksys E4200 router we launched in January will have an [IPv6] firmware upgrade planned for April." The firmware doesn't support ipv6 though. If you want to use ipv6 with your wrt54g, you'll need to cascade it to your asus LAN to LAN. Search the forum for instructions on how to cascade a linksys router LAN to LAN. I use different SSIDs for main router and secondary router and ipv6 works fine using the wrt54g.
