Moodle is not SCORM 2004 Compliant - of the 100+ tests for compliance - I think it passes 2 Moodle is SCORM 1.2 Compliant and passes all the tests in the ADL Test Suite, however it isn't SCORM 1.2 Certified at this stage (however we hope to obtain 1.2 certification relatively soon)
