When you use the "normal" rotation parameters (N, E, S, W), you are setting the rotation flag on the PDF pages to your parameter (e.g. 90 degrees). This does not take into account the current rotation setting. If Tk is not installed and you compile python from source, you do not get Tkinter (or IDLE). Yes but sitting and not doing anything does not solve the problem. I looked at the Korean Wiki of Coat of arms of South Korea for example, where it states it is a national emblem. And it does not seem to follow the heraldic rules to qualify as a coat of arms. So it would be good if you guys could at least try to clarify this.
