My proxy issue was resolved temporarily, only to have my desktop icons revert to the previous location after reboot, and upon re-entering the Chrome Settings, the Proxy box was checked again, and under advanced settings it was set to 127.0.0.1 I am running out of options and require some assistance please!

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).
