Nov 19, 2013 · Xbox 360 Controller is fully supported and the interface changes according to the controls you are using (keyboard/mouse, controller). Only thing is that since it's mapped to the old xbox controller which only had 2 triggers (no bumper buttons) at times it will tell you to use the 'left button" or "right button" it means to use the bumpers on your xbox 360 controller.

Dec 18, 2012 · I had the same problem. Looking at the controller configuration in-game showed that looking was bound to Left StickZ and Right StickZ. If it's the same for you, you can change the xbox controller configuration in the JadeEmpire.ini. Mine works fine after doing so. JadeEmpire.ini can be found in \Steam\steamapps\common\Jade Empire\
