Have FULLY functioning Xbox 360 controller support that plays and feels like the Xbox 360 port. For it to support more than just the Xbox 360 controller later on if possible. To be able to have the Xbox 360 Oblivion User Interface (UI) in-game for ease of use and a better overall feel.

Jul 07, 2016 · Despite the Console-Friendly interface, Oblivion was still a PC game ported to consoles rather than the other way around like 99% of AAA games today, including Bethesdas. As a result, it doesn't have native Xinput support. That's why even if you do use the limited controller support in oblivion, you won't get any of the expected button prompts.

Mar 30, 2008 · - Oblivion doesn't properly support controllers like I said before.. Use the "Pinnacle Game Profiler" I linked you. It allows you to use any controller with ANY game. - I've played Oblivion on PC/360/PS3 and the PC version owns the console versions in every conceivable way.

Here's something many people do not seem to know for some strange reason: Oblivion has controller support, it's just not compatible with an Xbox360 controller. Here's how you fix that: Download xpader or some equivalent, then map the right stick as the mouse and the triggers as the mouse buttons.

Apr 10, 2019 · I have a DualShock 4 v2 controller, so I tried using it with Oblivion (on Windows 7) just for the heck of it. Requires DS4Windows, DS4Windows Virtual Bus Driver and XBox drivers. Get them here: Works fine (Oblivion will detect it as a joystick)., except the right stick seemed non-responsive.
