You may need to disable IPv6 connectivity to use OpenDNS with content filtering. OpenDNS is not ready to fully handle DNS traffic over IPv6 with content filtering, because you cannot register IPv6 addresses at the dashboard yet. However, IPv6 support is available in Umbrella.

As Patrick said OpenDNS already works with IPv6 via their IPv6 resolvers, they just don't do the filtering that is available to you on IPv4. I know there are plans to add the filtering to IPv6 but I've never heard any sort of estimate as to when.
