idrin last edited by Silverlight - and many other plugins - is NPAPI-based, which is soon to be deprecated and not supported any longer. So, the answer is yes; if you download and install the preview version of Opera developer, you will notice that under opera:plugins no NPAPI-based plugin can be seen.

When you click the “Install Silverlight” it redirects to Silverlight download page, and informs that the browser is not compatible.
