Jul 08, 2013 · If the OMF plugin doesn't work and you can't avoid OMF, it's time to think about buying a converter like ProConvert. It isn't cheap, but if the job and subsequent ones are worth it, you won't regret the investment. Reaper can nativley import Samplitude EDL and Vegas Text EDL. Those would then be the target formats of your external converter.

May 02, 2011 · Actually, REAPER does not support OMF out of the box. Though, there has been work on a plugin to import OMF files into REAPER. Otherwise, as mentioned in that thread, the best option is to use AATranslator to convert your .omf files. Well sure, if you want to rely on first party information.

Feb 26, 2008 · Don't know if reaper support omf import for now but at the speed they are developping it it's prolly just a matter of time. This application is starting to be a really good alternative to other daw, this is pretty impressive.
