Nov 14, 2009 · I've read somewhere that Windows 7 includes a software wrapper that supports EAX up to 4.0, but when I choose that setting in Civilization 4 Beyond the Sword, I get no sound. Elsewhere I've read that ALchemy for Vista works in Windows 7, but in my games at least, it causes the games to crash. There is no ALchemy for 7 released yet.
