Jun 21, 2008 · Yes, Ethernet was first developed in the 70's and Windows 95 came out in 1995 (suprise suprise), so I think I can safely say that Windows 95 has the drivers for Ethernet. If you have an Ethernet card or the port, there is a good chance you have the drivers.Answers: 4
