Berkeley mentioned, "entire Surface Pro lineup" will get the update to Windows 10, but Windows RT won't get the full OS. "We are working on an update for Surface, which will have some of the functionality of Windows 10.

Apr 08, 2014 · There are lots of bad reports about Windows RT - I disagree. For 98% of life I love my surface tablet - does exactly what I want out of a tablet.... EXCEPT I really do need OpenVPN! I use linux based firewalls which run OpenVPN for the VPN. Like those before me, I also 'Anxiously await' this as something available from the Windows App store.
