Nov 12, 2012 · In your case, PBX does not send any information about DTMF support (look the SDP from PBX - no a=fmtp: attribute) to Medianat, and the later have no chance but to pass "a=fmtp:18 annexb=no" to Lync. Lync however, expects to receive DTMF support information and rejects the call because one is not offered. Drago
