Here is the solution to setup the PC, to get the optimal display on such LCD monitors, when using Duke Nukem 3D, or any other game designed for 4/3 monitors only. The graphic card's driver provides 3 different ways to display in fullscreen mode, any screen resolution being smaller than the physical resolution of the LCD monitor.
