We do this by providing a range of services including group support, individual counselling, mindfulness courses, a support group for carers, health topic workshops, information and training.

    Members help to support each other through difficult times and issues. Those challenged by an eating disorder, their relatives and friends are all welcome to come to a meeting. You do not have to be referred by your GP, and many people have found the meetings of great support while waiting for treatment to begin, or after it has finished.
