I normally don't use Eclipse to build the Makefile with Autotools but .... I do have an Autotools project for HelloWorld. When doing a build, there are two consoles produced 1) autotools configure 2) CDT Build console Normally CDT will show (1) then (2) but maybe it didn't for some reason
