Nov 20, 2013 · Reboot the computer and then modify the printer properties, under the ports tab place a check in the box next to "Enable bidirectional support." Or Delete the problem printer in "Devices and Printers", disconnect and re-connect the USB cable for the printer to have the device re-enumerated.
