Nov 22, 2019 · It has bidirectional support enabled, but its greyed out and I cant un-tick it. It is disabled on the queue on the server so I removed the printer uninstalled the driver and added the printer again but upon checking the properties the tick is still there. I added the printer on my laptop and bidirectional support is turned off.

Refer to Open Printer properties in Windows. In Printer Properties dialog box, select the Ports tab. Confirm that the Enable bidirectional support box is checked for the selected driver.
