Pretty sure this build could keep a lot of it's damage and increase survivability/utility with kits. For instance Alchemy trait allows elixir gun to be a very good condi converter for allies. Inventions switched to Tools would allow players a double stun break (with elixir gun) or double orbital strike using kinetic grandmaster trait.

Feb 27, 2019 · Core engineer especially needs the elixir gun because if you're running a 3+ kit build in PvP. Core engineer lacks stability when running kit builds and therefore makes you vulnerable to CC. The cooldown on the elixir gun's stun breaker is 35 seconds.
